Описание: Lateral running on treadmill, and backward running. This is a great alternative treadmill workout that helps improve agility as well as work the hip and thigh adductors and abductors. Reverse running works the quads and hip flexors. Start slowly, almost at a walking pace (2.0 pace, no incline); within a couple of weeks, a ten minute mile (6.0) lateral pace is easily achievable. A lot of other videos demonstrate a lateral shuffle; the technique on this video requires crossing one leg over the other.
