This could be in response to information that in Europe they are thinking about a nuclear umbrella. It could be Russia's rhetoric. It seems to me that they (Russia) are always dangerously playing with these words 'nuclear weapons.' And it is very much desired that other countries, other nuclear states react. Above all the United States could give the appropriate message."

"Flamingo missiles (new Ukrainian ground-launched cruise missiles) were launched at 1,400 km. I believe that this is really a success for our industry. As I said, they are continuing Flamingos production. As I have said, we had to wait a long time to renovate the production line through the corresponding attacks of the Russians. They will increase the quantity. It depends on the ratio and on some components. Depending on the quantity, we will have more successful strikes. I will not say how many "Flamingos" were hit this time. I just want to say that there were hits by Russian air defence, there were near-misses and there were clear hits.
