Ingredients:
• Chickpeas
• Salt
• Cumin
• Curcuma
• Green pepper
• Lemon
• Ground red pepper
Cooking method:
• Wash the chickpeas
• Soak chickpeas in water for 8 hours or overnight
• Cleans the chickpeas
• Add a large amount of water
• Let it boil
• Remove butter
• Leave it on medium heat until soft
• Add salt
• Add turmeric
• Add cumin
• Add green pepper
• Leave it on low heat for 15 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous
• Add lemon juice
• Add salt
• Add ground red pepper
• Mix the ingredients
• The meal is ready for health and wellness
