Ingredients
4 cups of chickpeas washed and soaked overnight
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 onion of medium size
Some black peppercorns
5-6 cups of water
You can add one large bone piece
Or a single stock cube
Close and make sure the sealing plastic ring is in place and the valve is in the sealing position
Press the beans for 35 minutes
Open (NPR) 10 ~ 15 minutes after the time is finished
