¾ cup (160 g) red lentils
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (30 g) pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons (30 g) sunflower seeds
½ teaspoon dried garlic
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried tomato
⅓ cup (40 g) psyllium
2 teaspoons (12 g) baking powder
some sesame seeds for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Grind the lentils in a coffee grinder until they become flour.
2. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Grease the form with oil, lay out the dough, make a cut.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
