CADS was approached by architects Ingleton Wood to produce a Laser Survey and 3D model of the Goodmayes Hospital site in Romford, Essex, which could be used to inform development decisions for the client.
These included identifying which existing buildings to retain, as well as understanding the impact that new structures could have on the locally listed façade and aesthetic.
Luke Wale and Alberto Embarba explain the challenges and outcome of this interesting and challenging project.
