Описание: BIM Level 2 Case Study: Pick Everard was appointed by Chelmsford City Council to design and deliver the £25 million Riverside Leisure Centre redevelopment.

In this video case study Pick Everard's Keith Prendergast and Justin Ashworth and CADS' Mark Johnson discuss the challenges of developing this BIM Level 2 project for the Council and the critical nature of the survey.

CADS undertook the site survey and using the point cloud datafile, constructed a LOD400 Revit model. This BIM Level 2 model of the existing building was accurate to within 3mm.

In addition, this Point Cloud data file has been used as a point of reference throughout the duration of the project.
