Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 100 gm
Oil 200 ml
Cardamom 4 no
Cloves 6 no
Bay leaf 2 no
Cinnamon 2 inch stick
Onion 400 gm
Green chilli 3 no
Mint leaf half bunch
Coriander leaf half
Tomato 400 gm
Curd 200 ml
Basmati rice 1 kg
