Ingredients and its quantity required for Ambur Mutton Biryani | ஆம்பூர் மட்டன் பிரியாணி | Mutton Biryani Recipe in Tamil | Mutton Biryani :-

Refined Sunflower Oil 150 ml
Clove 5 - 6 no
Cardamom 4 no
Cinnamon Stick 2 pieces of 2 inch size
Garlic paste 5 tbsp
Chopped Coriander Leaf 100 gm
Ginger Paste 5 tbsp
Red Chilli Paste 4 tbsp
Sliced Onion 400 gm
Mutton Biryani Cut 1 kg
Chopped Mint Leaves 100 gm
Salt to taste
Hot Boiling Water 800 ml
Sliced Tomato 300 gm
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Curd 120 ml
Seeraga Samba Rice ( Jeera Rice ) 800 gm
Ghee 2 tbsp
