I Got 36,000 YouTube Views for $200 (Then Lost the Glitch Forever by Coasting)

Описание: I found a glitch. Years ago, you could budget one penny per view on YouTube. For fun, I budgeted $50 to see if it would work.
The next morning, I checked YouTube and found that I had 5,000 views for those $50.

Over the next couple of months, I threw fifty dollars at it here and there until I attained thirty-six thousand views on one video for about two hundred dollars total.

That glitch was a cheap way to get views, and I didn't even realize it.
I didn't bother trying videos again until a year later. When I tried to bid a penny per click, the system would no longer allow it.

Another opportunity lost.

Toys R Us, Blockbuster, and Borders Bookstores were powerful brands that seemed to dominate, then disappeared overnight. I'm guessing that, since they were so powerful, they began to coast and their businesses went downhill instead of innovating with the times.

I did the same thing. I had a lot of profitable work coming in, with employees who could run operations without my supervision. Money was flowing. It was awesome. So I went to work less and less and played more and more, until it was too late. The coasting I was doing was hurting the business.
