Описание: Ingredients:
1 lb frozen mixed seafood
1/2 cup imitation crab
1 cup chopped cilantro & scallion
1 shallot
1 small ginger
1 box silken tofu
pinch of white pepper powder (to cook with seafood)
5 cups of water (boiling)
potato starch slurry (2 tbsp potato starch + 4 tbsp water mixture)
*add more/less potato starch slurry until you reach your desired soup consistency
**season with salt & white pepper powder
***add 1/4 fish sauce to enhance its flavor (optional)

1 磅 急凍雜錦海鮮粒
1/2 碗 蟹柳
1 碗 芫茜蔥
1 個 紅蔥頭
1 小塊 薑
1 盒 嫩豆腐
少許白胡椒粉 (煮海鮮粒)
5 碗 熱滾水
生粉水 (2 湯匙 生粉 + 4 湯匙水; 混合至溶解)
*生粉水份量需要自己調整; 可能要多放, 可能要少放; 看看自己喜歡的濃密度
**用鹽和白胡椒粉調味
***喜歡可以放1/4茶匙魚露提鮮
