Описание: We breathe about 17,000 to 22,000 times per day and use about 550 liters of pure oxygen per day. So, oxygen is essential to our lives, but, unfortunately, few people know how to breathe the way to get the most out of breathing, and even fewer people do that on a regular basis. In this video, we discuss how to breathe to give your body the right level of so needed oxygen.

The 5 steps to better breathing are following

1. Breathe with the belly (abdominal breathing)
2. Breathe slowly - 4 to 10 times a minute
3. Exhale longer than inhale
4. Maintain straight back and relax shoulders
5. Breathe through the nose

This breathing approach will help you reduce stress levels in your body, improve your physical and mental performance and strengthen your immune system. So, improve your breathing and stay healthy!
