On 31 March 2015, ETH Zurich presented the Spark Award 2015. Researchers at ETH Zurich won the award for the most promising invention of 2014 that was registered for a patent.
The video features Jakub Saadi and Helma Wennemers from the Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences. They were among the top 5 nominees for the Spark Award 2015 for a novel method to add fluorine to pharmaceutical relevant structures.
