ROME: The death toll has risen to 59, including 12 children after a migrant boat hit a rock off the southern coast of Italy.
Yesterday, an incident occurred when a migrant boat collided with a rock near the southern coast of Italy, for which 59 people, including 28 Pakistanis, have died so far.
Officials say that 12 children are among those who died in the accident, but 81 people have been saved in the accident, out of which 20 are under treatment in the hospital.
According to the authorities, around 200 migrants were on board the boat, of which 30 people are still missing.
