Two very different, but must-see attractions in Breck! Iowa Hill provides a glimpse into the town's history, teaching many on this lovely, short hike of its mining boom, while Isak Heartstone is a sculpture that has captured the public with its unique build and personal history. Having almost been permanently removed, due to the disruption to nearby private properties caused by hundreds to thousands of tourists visiting Isak, the troll was relocated to the Ice Rink. Both trails are short, but their importance to the Town of Breckenridge is grand!
Interested in seeing the collection that Isak Heartstone is a part of? Highly recommend checking out the artist's YouTube Channel - @ThomasDambo

Hi! We are Andrew and Sophie, two best friends living in and exploring the wonderful state of Colorado.
This is a new, personal series. We take you on trails throughout the US, primarily in Colorado, to share what different trails look like. We hope these help you in the planning stages of your hikes! Please keep in mind, trail conditions are highly dependent on weather, available parking, wildlife, trail work, and more. Overall, this is meant to be a down-to-earth series that keeps it simple, showcasing what trails have to offer.
