Описание: After doing more research on the internet, my suspicions about the 3V battery supply to the digital circuitry were heightened. Off camera, I removed the two AA cells to check them (they were both good) but when I popped them back into the radio, it suddenly came to life. I got some of this on video. So I am left believing that the 3V battery supply is not making contact with the radio circuit baord (a known problem for this radio) and I need to install alternative wiring. Here's a quick video on all this.
