Half squat w/ weighted swing x3
Shoulder press x3
Banded glute bridge with in and out x3
Upright row x3
Calf raises x3
Hammer curls x3
Donkey kick- left side x3
Tricep kick back x3
Donkey kick- right side x3
Around the world x3
Crunches x1
Leg lifts x1
Bicycle x1
Heel taps x1
Cross crunch x1
Do each workout for 45 seconds, then follow with 15 second reset.
