I always love ❤️to add light weights to my floor work. A little spice to foundational movements to take the body to its next level of strength.
This was my short workout today combined with a 50 minute reformer workout that I filmed LIVE to go up on @pilatesbarreondemand.
Do 1 x 8 reps of each below ⬇️
💫 Rotational flye with push up
💫 Hug a tree with lunge
💫 Thigh stretch with trice extension
💫 Rainbows with shoulder raise
💫 Abs double leg side to side kicks
💫 Forearm pike with open close
💫 Upper spine extension with arm lifts
💫 Reversed flye with swan
💫 Side oblique circles
