EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute: Start the exercises at the beginning of each minute, finish the reps, rest for the remaining time, then move to the next set of exercises when the minute resets.
Workout Breakdown (6x 5-min Blocks of 2 Exercises/min, complete the prescribed reps as quickly as possible, rest for the remaining time in the minute)
