In this episode, I sit down with my friend and psychotherapist Veronica Bennett to talk about what it really means to listen, to others, to change, and to ourselves.
Veronica shares stories from her childhood, growing up in Jamaica and moving to the UK, where listening became her way of understanding the world. We talk about curiosity, connection, and what happens when we stop trying to have all the answers.
For me, being in a new place has meant learning to pause, tune in, and hear before leading. This is an honest conversation about slowing down, staying curious, and finding clarity in the quiet.
