January is Lying to You About Clarity

Описание: January often carries an unspoken expectation: that clarity should arrive simply because the year has turned. When it doesn’t, many people assume something has gone wrong — with their discipline, their motivation, or themselves.

In this video, I explore why clarity is so often scrambled by pressure, especially for sensitive and internally oriented people, and why effort is not the same thing as orientation. This is not a talk about resolutions or productivity, but a reflection on attention, perception, and how clarity actually comes into being.
