• Days on market: Rising in Polk, falling in Burnett
• Mortgage rates: 6.75%–7.0% for 30-year fixed loans

Despite higher rates, buyers have more choices and prices remain strong—especially in Burnett County. It’s a great time to reassess your real estate goals for the rest of the year.
