Описание: This section is mid afternoon and the Sun high in the sky as I leave the shelter of the combes and start my ascent towards Bicknoller Post.Fortunately there is some shade here and there, the odd shrub and bush does provide a few moments of protection but I also where my hat, have water and enjoying the whole experience.I have walked here in much hotter conditions. Wordsworth, Dorothy and Coleridge also walked here while looking for the source of the'babbling brook' which emerges as a trickle towards the top of this combe going underground, covered in mosses and ferns and bracken but makes its way downwards to the coombes and joins other tributaries at the ford, the junction point where they all meet before making their way towards Holford and eventually out to the Sea. I always feel a little sad when it comes to leave the Combs which I have so looked forward to experiencing again BUT I will be back........A few more video parts to follow folks---we're not there yet !!!!
