Follow along for a 10 minute, no repeat workout! All you need is a bench, chair, or step of some kind, and you can modify the difficulty of the workout by moving through the exercises slower or taking a longer break. This is a great finisher or stand-alone workout!
8 exercises (10 minutes total) -- complete 1 minute of each exercise followed by a 15 second rest

shoulder taps to mountain climbers
lateral step ups right side
lateral step ups left side
