Welcome to Miso&Me, a video series of my daily life in the Japanese countryside with my shiba inu dog, Miso. In this episode, it is part two of my easy pants series and I sew and dye the pants with persimmon natural dye for my dad's 70th birthday present. I also finish the ice dye jacket I made for my husband a few weeks ago which includes making buttons out of clay and then hand sewing some button holes.
My name is Zoe and about a year ago, I decided to move to Japan in pursuit of becoming a full time artist. My dog Miso is a shiba inu, and these are adventures from our day to day life, and what it's like focusing on daily creation while living on top of a mountain in rural japan.
