Hey Team #everydaywarrior,
It's time for a new Intense Low Impact Workout with some new moves designed to work our major muscle group including our deep muscles.
Each exercise is supposed to be accomplished controlled - try to use all the full ranges of motions.

We all should have one goal: working on our health and being able to workout as long as possible. That's why I really want to keep all the workouts as much varied and smart as I possibly can.
Let's have fun, lets train smart and let's mix it all up.

Let's work on our balance, deep core muscles, mobility, coordination and many more.

No HIIT Workout this time.
As I am always saying: No Jumping doesn't mean less intense.
More strength based and also not super sweaty.
Maintain a proper form while exercising and make every move intense.
