Welcome to a new week! Here is a quick 30 minute power vinyasa flow. It's upper body focused as I incorporate some push-up work in order to maintain and build upon a strong upper body.
As always, feel free to bring down the knees if the push-ups get a little tough.
Grab yourself a mat, tune into the breath, and give it your best effort over the next 30 minutes.
