I put together this Total Leg Challenge using a 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off structure so you have time to reset before each new squat variation while still keeping the intensity high.

You’ll go through 10 different squat variations with no repeats and no talking, making this perfect for anyone who wants a focused, follow-along lower body session at home. I personally love using this as a quick standalone leg burner or as a finisher after a longer workout.

Each move is designed to build strength, control, and endurance through your quads, hamstrings, and glutes while keeping the flow smooth and beginner-friendly. If you need to modify the depth or slow things down, absolutely do so, your form and comfort always come first.
