I packed this No Equipment, Home Workout into a fast-paced flow so you can feel the burn across your entire midsection, from lower abs to obliques to upper abs.

We are moving for 30 seconds per exercise without rest to keep tension high and make every minute count. If you ever need to pause, take an extra moment, or modify the movement, feel free to adjust and jump back in when you are ready. The goal is to stay connected to your core and give the best effort.

This Home Workout Intense Abs routine is perfect as a standalone burn or as an add-on after strength or cardio days. No excuses needed when all you need is 10 minutes and a mat.
