From unconstitutional age verification bills to educational gag orders and shadowbanning or deleting of accounts on social media, there’s no denying that our right to bodily autonomy has been under attack in 2023. Woodhull Freedom Foundation CEO Ricci Levy and COO Mandy Salley discuss how pervasive and relentless these attacks are. Ricci and Mandy review legislation, judicial decisions, and social media companies' moderation changes. They also discuss how to employ a human rights framework to fight against censorship at the local, state, and federal levels.
