Our Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Sudipta Roy, provided valuable insights into the Company’s AI implementation in an exclusive interaction with CNBC TV 18, on the show ‘Bazaar Open Exchange.’ Mr. Roy explained the company's "three Es" approach to AI, i.e., Efficiency, Experience, and Education.
He discussed the Company’s AI tools, which include ‘Project Cyclops’ (credit underwriting), ‘Project Nostradamus’ (portfolio management), and ‘Project Helios’ (SME underwriting support). He also spoke about ‘Project Orion,’ an AI Conversational Assistant to complement Nostradamus. He also provided a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis of these AI technologies.
Further, he outlined the measures our Company has taken to manage technology costs, despite the massive scale-up of AI tools.
