A Day of FOUNDATION REPAIR in Southern California

Описание: In this video Justin Sexton stops by three of our current foundation repair projects that our crews are working on. The first stop is at a home in Buena Park that our Project Manager, Alvin, and his crew are planning to lift using push piers. The home has settled well over 2.5 inches at multiple corners and is in dire need of foundation repair. You can see a couple of LARGE cracks in the foundation footings in a few of the clips as well.

Our second stop, with Dimitri and his crew, was back at the 11,000 sq/ft home in Diamond Bar where they are installing 59 push piers and 14 tie-backs to fix this homes settlement and lateral movement issues. They are continuing to excavate the push pier locations and Dimitri has begun to install some of the push pier brackets.

Our last stop was with Jesse and his crew as they are working on a project in Diamond Bar where a commercial building has settled over SEVEN inches. The crew was cutting out concrete for the push pier and tie-back locations, and excavating the areas that have already been cut.
