Installing Push Piers and Helical Tie-Backs in Southern California - Day of Foundation Repair Ep 2

Описание: Join Justin Sexton as he visits four of Dalinghaus Construction's current foundation repair projects in Southern California.

At the first project, we see a building that has settled over seven inches in Diamond Bar, California! Our team is currently excavating and preparing all of the push pier and helical tie-back locations for hardware installation. With a total of 87 push piers, 14 tie-backs, and 11,000 sq/ft of polyurethane the production crew, led by Jesse, is making great progress thus far! We will check in again with them later this week.

The second project we see is at an amazingly beautiful 11,000+ sq/ft home in Diamond Bar. Dimitri and his crew are making tremendous progress on the 59 push piers and 14 tie-backs that they are installing. The team was just finishing up breaking out the 9 interior push pier locations and ensuring the footings were ready for bracket installation.

The third foundation repair project involves both helical piers and helical tie-backs as our team installs a new retaining wall and fills in a pool experiencing significant lateral movement down a steep hill. Unfortunately, Justin showed up just a few minutes before the crew had to take their lunch break and was only able to capture one tie-back being installed.

The last project, in Orange, California, is being led by Axle as they tackle a condo complex with seven of its units experiencing foundation settling. They are installing a total of 11 helical piers and 56 push piers to lift and stabilize each of the units being affected. We'll be back checking their progress later this week!
