This is a full-body stretch and mobility routine to leave you feeling amazing! A light set of dumbbells is optional to deepen our stretches. This is a routine that you can add regularly to increase flexibility, decrease your risk of injury, and help reduce those aches and pains that come with tight joints and muscles.
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST:15 SECONDS
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: LIGHT DUMBBELLS
