This topper is made from 50/50 paste
For the boy's skin colour I used Ivory and brown
When adding the shirt collar I would add it after the suit is on. Just makes it slightly easier.
My toppers are always made according to the size of the cake its supposed to go on so I don't really weigh the sugar paste (fondant) I just eyeball everything and work it out.
