cream
500 ml thickened cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
beat a little til almost thick then add
2 drops green food dye optional
1/4 cup mint chocolate baileys. pour the baileys in cream slowly while beating. once all in beat til whipped.
use this cream on any of the 3 below.
tower
1 packet choc ripple biscuits
1/2 cup original baileys
middle one the 3 layer ripple
2 packets ripple biscuits
3/4 cup original baileys
last one
1 packet ripple biscuits
1 packet mint slices
just under 1/2 cup original baileys
2 peppermint crisps to decorate
cream for the mousse
use the 100ml left over with
2 teaspoons icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
beat til whipped
mousse decoration
dollop cream then 1 small flake per glass
