Описание: In this video we are looking at how we can use pyramid training to improve on our push up and pull up max's. As we are always trying to get maximum results in minimum time. While I call it pyramid training it could also be called reverse pyramid training as we start with a low number of reps on our first set and slowly add one or two reps each set until we hit our set with the maximum number of reps. Then we descend down reducing the number of reps each set by the same amount that we increased on our way up. This is a high volume, high intensity style of training That gives you great results in a short period of time. Give this type of workout a try and let me know how you liked it.
