Snack Hacker with George Egg – Stroganoff Bake

Every summer George makes his annual pilgrimage to perform at the Glastonbury Festival and it’s become tradition that the first night he gets there he makes a stroganoff for himself and his co-campers. But what about converting a Greggs Steak Bake into one?

INGREDIENTS:
1 Greggs Steak Bake (or similar)
3 tsp sour cream
4 cornichons, chopped up
small bunch dill or fennel tops
2 tsp mustard (Dijon or English)
a generous sprinkle of smoked paprika

METHOD:
Gain access to the interior of the steak bake by nibbling off one edge. Insert all the other ingredients and massage the outside to evenly distribute. That’s it. You might want to add more bits as you eat your way down.
