This class is an introduction to the pelvic floor and deep core muscles. We start with our breath and then gently increase our awareness to our core. Moving through a range of postures and exercises, join Isabelle for a mindful practice that encourages exploration and a solid foundation for all other movement. Bring along a Pilates ball, or a cushion.
