Cooking Vlog


Recipe for the taco meat
Marinade ( for at least 30 minutes)
2 lbs flank steak
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 coriander powder
1 tbsp adobo powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp Peruvian yellow pepper hot sauce
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt pepper to taste

1 red onion
3-4 garlic cloves
1-2 bell peppers
Juice of one lime
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
Sauté the beef till it’s almost cooked then add in the onion garlic and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes then add cilantro and turn off the heat. Serve with corn tortillas or flour tortillas
