This new workout is the next instalment in ‘THE AVENGERS TRAINING ACADEMY' you get the chance to train just like one of THE AVENGERS. Just click play and follow along with CAPTAIN AMERICA and BLACK WIDOW in their quest to save the universe.

You have 8 ROUNDS of 20secs work and 10secs rest between each round.
Try to perform this workout 2-3 times this week and Get yourself ready to take on THANOS :)
