STAR WARS 'TATOOINE JEDI' Kids Workout (3mins 34secs)

Описание: Hey Jedi's, I'm Bringing you your very own 'Star Wars' JEDI Workout.

All you need to do is follow along with me, and have of course THE FORCE! :)

Each exercise is 30secs work with 10secs rest and perform these 5 Jedi exercises 3 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those JEDI Calories Burning :)

SHAAK TI STRIKES - 30secs

KANAN SLAMS - 30secs
WINDU BLOCKS - 30secs
