Crispy balls recipe (Ramadan special)
Ingredients:
2 cups boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 cup shredded chicken
3–4 green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp turmeric powder
Cheese cubes (as needed, cut small)
2 eggs
Bread crumbs (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
Method:
In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, chopped green chilies, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and turmeric. Mix well.
Grease your hands lightly with oil and shape the mixture into small balls.
Place one cheese cube inside each ball and seal properly.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip each ball into egg, then coat evenly with bread crumbs.
Heat oil on low flame and fry the balls until light golden and crispy.
Remove and serve hot.
