🍫 Ingredients
110 g (3.8 oz) dark chocolate (54–75%) 🍫
30 g (2 tbsp) butter 🧈
1 large egg 🥚
60 g (¼ cup) sugar
100 g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour 🌾
½ tsp baking powder
45 g (1.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped (for chunks inside)
Mini marshmallows (for spiderweb decoration) 🕸️

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the chocolate:
Finely chop chocolate and melt it with butter in the microwave using short bursts (10–15 seconds at a time). Stir often and don’t overheat — chocolate burns easily!

2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients:
Whisk egg and sugar until combined. Slowly add melted chocolate mixture (make sure it’s not too hot) and stir until smooth.

3️⃣ Add dry ingredients:
Sift in flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
Fold in chopped chocolate pieces with a spatula.

4️⃣ Chill the dough:
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes — it should become thicker and easier to handle.

5️⃣ Shape and bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
