Welcome to the second class of Beginners Yoga Module B! This course is a continuation of Beginners Course Module A (links below) and is constructed in much the same way in that it's a 12 part course and each practice builds on the last. Evolving in depth, richness and always incorporating a new pose. In this 2nd class we explore new experiences with the back leg, using the wall in Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana II and Parvsakonasana to compliment the work that we did with the front leg in Class 1. We also introduce Stage 1 of our next level core strengtheners: Paripurna Navasana! And we continue to refine our Sarvangasana/Halasana Cycle experimenting with tightening the straps for deeper shoulder/upper back openings.

Dosage: Practice this sequence a minimum of 3X before moving onto the next. If practiced as suggested beautiful structure, strength and fluidity will be ignited, along with a deep life-long understanding of the hows and whys of Asana.
NOTE - During menstruation please avoid all Core Work as well as all Inversions (Sarvangasana and the final Viparita Karani). One could insert Supta Padangusthasana Cycle in place of Core, Supta Baddka Konasana in place of Sarvangasana and classical Savasana instead of Viparita Karani.
