Planting for Winter, Foraging for Food and a Surprise! | Diary Ep 9

Описание: It's early March and definitely time to be getting plants in for winter harvests so I'm starting a few seeds, and planting out some seedlings. I renovate two garden beds to accomodate these plantings.

I also show a couple of small harvests from the swale fruit trees and the paddock. All contributes to a diversy diet from the farm.

Finally we revisit my disappointing 18 day compost for an unexpected surprise!
