3/4 cup coconut flour
2 large eggs
85 g unsalted butter
🍽️ How to Make It
1 In a food processor, combine the coconut flour, eggs, and butter.
2 Pulse a few times until the dough reaches the consistency shown in the video.
3 Transfer the dough to your countertop, and use a rolling pin (or, if you don’t have one, an empty bottle, like my mom used to) to gently roll it out to the desired thickness.
