Looking for a soft, fluffy, high-protein, low-carb bread? This keto bread made with cottage cheese and almond flour is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or sandwiches. It's gluten-free, keto-friendly, and easy to make at home!
Ingredients:
2 cup of Cottage cheese (high in protein)
1 cup of Almond flour
4 Eggs
2 tsp of Baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
1 Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
2 Use a blender or mixer to blend the wet ingredients for approximately 30 seconds, until smooth.
3 Mix wet and dry ingredients together using a spatula. If the mixture is too wet, gradually add extra almond flour until it reaches the right consistency like in the video.
4 Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or a pan lined with parchment paper.
4 Bake at 350F for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5 Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
