Recipe= 1 lb. ground beef, cauliflower, cabbage, tomato sauce, salt, pepper
Quick Tips-
-Since I made only 5 rolls, I had leftover ground beef. 1 lb. might yield about 10 rolls.
I used 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce and a cup or slightly more of riced (finely chopped) cauliflower.
-You could also use a food processor to rice the cauliflower.
-The meat and cabbage I pre-cooked, so this only needs to be warmed up in the oven. 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes worked for me.
