Описание: Back to work and back to school after 2 weeks Christmas Break. I wanted something comforting, and that would warm my soul. This stuffed peppers recipe is always a hit at my house. This time I added some mushrooms with the ground beef, the result was out of this world! Even my daughter that dislikes mushrooms couldn't get enough (her meal was without the peppers, just the filling). Measure with your heart, use up those vegetables that have seen better days, and most importantly Have FUN!
